Our "Red Top" Pizza is something Special. It's a tribute to a long-standing but now permanently closed Pizzeria in East Norriton, near Norristown called "Charlie's Pizza". It was a great family-owned business, and we've had many customers who have requested this style. If you are familiar with it, we start with a slightly modified traditional crust that has a little more body. then add loads of a five-cheese blend, any of our 30+ toppings, then add our exclusive Homemade Nicky's AwesomeSauce on TOP.
